Unit Management

Once we’ve let your property, we ensure that it’s well looked after, and that your tenants feel welcome and valued. You will have a dedicated property manager, who will be available to visit your property as required. As well as standard services such as rent collection, keyholding, certification and organising inventories, we go the extra mile to ensure tenancies run smoothly.

For example, we provide day-to-day support to handle any tenant queries or issues. If maintenance or other work is required, we look to plan it well in advance – this minimises costs, and also helps keep everyone happy. We only use contractors who we know and trust, while ensuring that they provide competitive rates. If statutory testing is required during a tenancy, we make sure everyone is informed and that it proceeds as quickly and smoothly as possible. 24-hour emergency assistance is always available. If there’s ever major damage, we can assist with any insurance claim.

We undertake six-monthly and interim inspections, with further inspections if required, and ensure that the tenancy agreement is adhered to, your property is respected and the rent paid. We also provide monthly rent statements. For peace of mind, we use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which also offers deposit dispute resolution.
