The site was purchased on behalf of a client and let on a short-term basis, while a planning application was being prepared and determined.

Upon consent, Atlas managed the construction phase which included the full-scale refurbishment of the existing lodge building and a block of 5 new build mews houses, alongside new incoming services and soft and hard landscaping to the site. Once the works had completed, Atlas let the units and continues to manage every aspect of the development including the lettings and management.
