The pair of semi-detached houses within the Haven Green conservation area were acquired in a derelict state on behalf of a client. Atlas secured a consent for significant extensions to the rear and internal reconfigurations to create 8 high end apartments with access to a generous communal garden.

Atlas managed the construction phase from start to finish, and retained the on-going letting and management work.
