Atlas acquired the property for an investor in 2010 and took various proposals through the planning process, working closely with the local authority to achieve a consent which significantly improved the conservation area.

Planning was achieved to demolish the existing house and replace with a new block of six luxury flats. The construction phase was managed by Atlas and work was completed in 2016, with the dwellings commanding top rents for the area with minimal vacancy periods.
