Purchased on behalf of clients, this corner Mayfair building is held on a long lease from Grosvenor. At the time of purchase, the building was leased to a firm of solicitors, who had been in occupation for many years.

Working alongside Squire & Partners architects, planning consultants and office letting agents, a scheme was drawn up to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment. Once planning was secured, we obtained consent from Grosvenor and negotiated vacant possession with the tenants. The building was completely gutted and rebuilt to provide high-specification offices with a manned reception and a passenger lift.
