The plan from the outset was to redevelop at the earliest opportunity. As such, we worked alongside a design team to secure planning permission to create an additional floor, comprehensively reconfigure the building internally and also get consent for restaurant use on the ground floor and basement. The restaurant unit has been let to Honest Burger, whilst the uppers are let to a variety of office occupiers.
