Atlas acquired two flats within this block of apartments in Kentish Town for a client. Shortly after, the leaseholders of the remaining flats approached us with a view to take over the block management, as they were unhappy with the existing situation.

Terms were agreed, and Atlas now looks after all aspects of the block, including service charges and planned maintenance work, ensuring compliance within an ever changing landscape of regulations.
